Cafe Paci was a PoP up restaurant by Pasi Petanen.
For the past eight years, Finnish born Chef, Pasi Petanen was Head Chef at 3 hatter restaurant Marque. Venturing out on his own for the first time, Pasi's unique cooking approach will be in keeping with his style but with some new twists along the way.
Offering an inventive and seasonal set menu within a relaxed atmosphere, Cafe Paci will offer guests a way to experience great food in a casual, fun and approachable environment.
Behind the Wine program is the well experienced Sommelier Dennis Roman (el mostacho and proud Chilean) with an array of styles poured by the glass reinforced by a humble and sincere yet capturing wine list.
